The entire egg tray is manually placed on the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Once the egg tray is perfectly positioned, the eggs are gently lifted onto the conveyor belt by advanced suction cups. The empty egg trays are conveniently auto-stacked, ensuring seamless operation.
The eggs are transported to the entireconveyor beltand uniformly distributed on the net chain, perfectly poised for the pre-cooking centering machine.
Our unique centering pre-cooking system uses gentle warm water for slow heating while keeping the eggs in constant rotation during conveyance. This meticulous process significantly enhances egg quality.
The pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg boiler. With time and temperature precisely preset, the eggs undergo a double boiling process via an efficient steam and water mixed heating method.
Post-boiling, the eggs are elevated into a cold water tank for optimal cooling using either tap water or ice water, setting them up perfectly for subsequent shelling.
Once cooled, the eggs enter the shelling machine where they undergo a meticulous crushing and shelling process. Clean water sprays ensure any residual shells are completely washed away, leaving pristine eggs.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are systematically collected and transported for efficient centralized processing.
