By centering and pre-cooking the eggs, our unique system gently heats with warm water, ensuring the eggs rotate during transit to enhance their quality.
Pre-cooked eggs are transported to the egg-boiler. With preset cooking times and temperatures, eggs undergo dual boiling using a blend of steam and water, ensuring perfect hard-boiled eggs.
Post-boiling, eggs are elevated into a cold water tank, where they are cooled with tap or ice water, preparing them for the shelling phase.
Cooled eggs are then processed in the shelling machine, which crushes and removes shells. By spraying water and rotating, residual shells are efficiently washed away.
