Pre-cooked eggs are then directed to the egg-boiler, where a preset time and temperature ensure optimal boiling. This double-cooking process utilizes a combination of steam and water for maximum efficiency;
Boiled eggs are subsequently lifted into a cold water tank, using either tap water or ice water for direct cooling, preparing them perfectly for the shelling process;
Cooled eggs are transferred into the shelling machine, where they undergo a precise crushing and shelling process. Clean water spray and rotation ensure any residual shells are meticulously washed away;
Post-shelling, the egg shells are collected and transported for centralized processing in an efficient manner.
