Utilizing a steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs are expertly flipped during the cooking process. Centered eggs from the precooked area are evenly heated, facilitating quick and efficient cooking.

The boiled quail eggs are efficiently transferred to a cooling tank, rapidly chilled by ice water, and then conveyed to the crusher.
The quail egg shell break process enhances the subsequent peeling step. Paired with the quail egg peeler, the shell is uniformly broken, boosting efficiency and minimizing damage rates.

The refined peeling process of quail eggs involves an egg collection conveyor belt to select unqualified products, achieving a peeling rate exceeding 98%, ensuring the final quail eggs are exceptionally smooth and aesthetically pleasing.
