Our unique centering pre-cooking system gently heats the eggs with warm water while continuously rotating them, ensuring optimal quality and consistency.
Pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg-boiler, where they undergo a meticulous two-stage boiling process using a steam and water heating method, with preset time and temperature controls.
Post-boiling, eggs are lifted into a cold water tank for rapid cooling, utilizing either tap water or ice water to prepare them for the subsequent shelling process.
Cooled eggs enter the shelling machine for precise crushing and shelling. Clean water sprays, rotation, and transport remove residual shells, leaving perfectly peeled eggs.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are systematically collected and transported for centralized processing, ensuring a clean and efficient environment.
