The whole egg tray is manually placed on the conveyor belt of the egg loading machine.Once the egg tray is in position, our innovative suction cup system lifts the eggs onto the conveyor belt, while automatically stacking the empty trays for seamless operation.
The eggs are conveyed to the entire conveyor beltand spread evenly across the net chain, facilitating smooth transport to the pre-cooking centering machine.
Our unique centering pre-cooking system gently heats the eggs with warm water while continuously rotating them, ensuring optimal quality and consistency.
Pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg-boiler, where they undergo a meticulous two-stage boiling process using a steam and water heating method, with preset time and temperature controls.
Post-boiling, eggs are lifted into a cold water tank for rapid cooling, utilizing either tap water or ice water to prepare them for the subsequent shelling process.
Cooled eggs enter the shelling machine for precise crushing and shelling. Clean water sprays, rotation, and transport remove residual shells, leaving perfectly peeled eggs.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are systematically collected and transported for centralized processing, ensuring a clean and efficient environment.
