The Quail Egg Shelling Process Line boasts a comprehensive system encompassing a quail egg feeding system, precooking & yolk centering system, high-temperature boiling system, cooling system, and an advanced shelling & lifting system, culminating in the final quail egg peeling stage.

We can matchthe related complete set of halogen and packaging equipment tailored to customers' specific technological requirements, and can also design customized production plans to meet individual needs.

Utilizing a steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, our machine ensures the quail eggs are flipped during cooking. This guarantees that the centered quail eggs from the precooked area are evenly heated, resulting in rapid and consistent cooking.

Once boiled, the quail eggs are swiftly transferred to a cooling tank, where they are quickly cooled by ice water and then transported to the crusher.
The quail egg shell cracking process facilitates easier peeling in the subsequent step. This method, in conjunction with the quail egg peeler, ensures that the shell is evenly broken, significantly boosting efficiency and minimizing the damage rate.

During the peeling process, broken quail eggs are conveyed via an egg collection conveyor belt for the selection of unqualified egg products. The peeling rate exceeds 98%, resulting in final quail eggs that are smooth and aesthetically pleasing.
