The entire egg tray is manually placed onto the conveyor belt of the advancedegg loading machine.Once the tray is in position, eggs are gently sucked onto the conveyor belt by our precision suction cups, allowing the empty tray to be automatically stacked for reuse.
The eggs are methodically conveyed to the full-length conveyor beltand evenly distributed on the net chain, facilitating smooth transition to the pre-cooking centering machine.
Our unique pre-cooking system centers and pre-cooks eggs using warm water, slowly heating while rotating the eggs during the conveyance process to ensure superior egg quality.
Pre-cooked eggs enter the state-of-the-art egg boiler, where cooking time and temperature are meticulously preset. Our dual heating method, combining steam and water, ensures perfect hard boiling.
Boiled eggs are then elevated into a cold water tank for rapid cooling, using either tap or ice water to prepare them for the subsequent shelling process.
Cooled eggs are lifted and transitioned into the shelling machine, where they undergo gentle crushing and peeling. Clean water sprays, rotates, and transports the eggs, washing away any remaining shell fragments.
Post-shelling, eggshells are collected and transported for centralized processing, ensuring a clean and efficient operation.
