The system allows for automatic stacking of the empty egg trays, ensuring a seamless process.
The eggs are conveyed to the entireconveyor belt, where they are evenly spread on the net chain. This arrangement facilitates their smooth transportation to the pre-cooking centering machine.
In the pre-cooking phase, our unique centering system employs warm water to gradually heat the eggs while they rotate continuously during transportation. This technique significantly enhances the quality of the eggs.
Pre-cooked eggs are transferred to the egg boiler, where they undergo a precise boiling process with preset time and temperature. The dual heating method, utilizing both steam and water, ensures perfectly boiled eggs.
Boiled eggs are then elevated into a cold water tank for cooling. The use of tap water or ice water ensures the eggs are adequately chilled, preparing them for the subsequent shelling process.
After cooling, the eggs proceed to the shelling machine where they undergo a meticulous crushing and shelling treatment. Clean water sprays, combined with rotational movement, ensure any residual shells are efficiently removed.
Post-shelling, the eggshells are collected and systematically transported for centralized processing.
