The Quail Egg Shelling Process Line integrates various working systems including quail egg feeding, pre-cooking & yolk centering, high-temperature boiling, cooling, shelling & lifting, and quail egg peeling.

We can match the related complete set of halogen and packaging equipment according to customers' technological requirements. Additionally, we can design custom-sized production plans based on customer requirements.

Using a steam-boiled egg spiral transmission method, quail eggs are flipped during cooking, ensuring even heating. Centered quail eggs from the pre-cooked area are quickly and uniformly cooked.

The boiled quail eggs then enter the cooling tank, where they are rapidly cooled by ice water and transported to the crusher.
The quail egg shell breaking process facilitates easier peeling in the next step. When used with the quail egg peeler, the shell breaks evenly, enhancing efficiency and reducing the damage rate.

The final peeling process ensures a high peeling rate of over 98%. The egg collection conveyor belt sorts unqualified products, resulting in smooth and beautiful quail eggs.
