The Quail Egg Shelling Process Line encompasses a comprehensive array of systems. These include the quail egg feeding system, precooking & yolk centering system, high-temperature boiling system, cooling system, shelling & lifter system, and the quail egg peeling system.

Utilizing a steam-boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs are flipped during the cooking process. Centered quail eggs from the precooked area are heated evenly in the cooking area, ensuring rapid and uniform cooking.

The boiled quail eggs then enter a cooling tank, where they are swiftly cooled by ice water and transported to the crusher.
The quail egg shell breaking process facilitates easier peeling in the subsequent step. Paired with a quail egg peeler, the shell is uniformly broken, enhancing efficiency and reducing the damage rate.

During the peeling process, broken quail eggs are conveyed via an egg collection conveyor belt for sorting out unqualified products. With a peeling rate exceeding 98%, the final quail eggs emerge smooth and aesthetically pleasing.
